Privacy Policy
This page explains what information Server Link Smart Technologies collects when you contact us, and how it is used and protected.
1. Information We Collect
When you submit our enquiry form, call, WhatsApp or email us, we collect the information you provide directly — typically your name, company, phone number, email address, site location and a description of what you need. We do not use tracking cookies, analytics scripts or third-party advertising pixels on this website.
2. How We Use It
Information you share is used to respond to your enquiry, prepare a quotation, schedule a site survey, and — if you become a client — to deliver and support the agreed installation or maintenance contract. We do not use your details for marketing you have not asked for.
3. Data Sharing
We do not sell, rent or trade your personal information. It may be shared with hardware manufacturers solely to process a warranty claim on your behalf, or disclosed where required by UAE law or a valid request from a competent authority.
4. Footage & Access Control Data
Server Link installs and configures CCTV and access control systems; we do not store, monitor or have ongoing access to the footage or access logs those systems generate once a project is handed over, unless a separate monitoring or managed-service agreement is in place. That data belongs to and is controlled by you, the client.
5. Data Retention
Enquiry and project information is retained for as long as needed to deliver the service, satisfy warranty obligations, and meet our accounting and legal record-keeping requirements under UAE law, after which it is deleted or anonymised.
6. Your Rights
You can ask us at any time to confirm what information we hold about you, correct it, or request its deletion, subject to any legal or contractual obligation we may have to retain it (such as an active warranty or ongoing AMC).
7. Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy as our services or legal obligations change. The current version is always available at this page.
