Sized to what a UAE villa, warehouse or retail unit actually needs — from a compact 4-camera home system to site-wide coverage across a whole facility. 30–90 day retention comes as standard, with longer cycles available for warehouses, labour accommodation and mall security requirements.

Structured cabling and enterprise networks that stay quiet under load — certified, labelled and documented, every run traceable on a diagram.
Cat6, Cat6A and Cat7 copper runs alongside single-mode and multi-mode fibre, PoE-ready throughout so cameras, access points and phones share the same cable as data. Every run is tested and certified before handover, fully labelled at the rack, patch panel and outlet, with as-built wiring diagrams you can hand to any future contractor. Cabling and containment are specified for UAE heat and dust, not just the data sheet, so performance doesn't drift a year in. We also fit out the workspace itself — dedicated data points and dual-socket power at every desk, cable management under and through the furniture, and a plug-and-play office where a new starter just sits down and works.

Single-mode and multi-mode fibre — pulled, spliced, terminated and OTDR-tested, with the certification results handed over in writing.
Fibre is what carries a link between buildings, across a compound or up through a riser once copper runs out of reach — past roughly 90 metres, or anywhere the run passes near heavy electrical plant that would otherwise induce noise. We handle the whole path: pulling the cable, fusion splicing, terminating to LC/SC patch panels, and OTDR testing every strand so you get a printed loss budget rather than a verbal 'it works'. Backbone links between floors and buildings, Etisalat and du fibre handover into your own rack, and media converters where existing copper equipment still has to join the same network.

UPS backup sized to the equipment it needs to protect — so your cameras, network and workstations ride out a power cut instead of dropping with it.
We measure the actual load before recommending a unit, so you get a UPS sized to the runtime you need rather than the biggest box on the shelf — for a single workstation, a home network cabinet, or the small server setup behind your CCTV and access control. Batteries are the part that fails first in UAE heat, so they're checked on the same maintenance visits as everything else — a UPS nobody tests is just a heavy box that fails on the day it's needed.

Fire-exit doors are wired fail-safe and external doors fail-secure, matching normal UAE civil-defense egress practice — not just whichever's fastest to install. The same platform handles visitor sign-in and lift access on one panel.

IP65-rated operators built for UAE heat and dust and rated for continuous high-cycle use, with safety-loop detectors and photocells so a barrier arm never comes down on a vehicle or pedestrian still underneath it. Turnstile lanes are specified to the site — tripod lanes for office lobbies, full-height for unmanned perimeters, swing-gates where wheelchair access matters, and speed gates for high-footfall entrances.
